WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?Unless otherwise noted, your orders will take 3-5 business days to ship via USPS first class mail. Please note: at this time, there have been slowed shipping times instated by the U.S. postal service. If your order is needed immediately, please contact us so we can work something out with another carrier.

MY ITEM HAS YET TO ARRIVE, WHAT DO I DO?Once your order has been sent to the post office, it is unfortunately out of our control. Due to COVID-19 and inclement weather, there can be a delay between the time you ordered and the time you receive your package. Know that we monitor all items shipped to make sure they deliver to the customer. Before reaching out to us, please contact your local post office as they can normally locate where your package is. If it turns out it is lost, missing, or stolen, please contact us with your order number and we will work something out!

DOES EARTH TIME ART CREATIONS SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?Yes, we do. If you do not see your country listed for shipping at check out, please contact us so we can make sure it is shipped by the carrier you prefer.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?Yes, we do accept returns. All items need to be returned within 14 days of receiving the item, in new condition, and in the original packaging if possible. Once we receive the item, a return will be issued to your method of payment. At this time, we cannot provide shipping back to us. You will need to ship back with the carrier of your choice. If you open your package to find something damaged, please contact us and we will make it right!
